An unforgettable experience! as a sommelier deeply entwined in Chile's wine culture, the Mandarin Oriental's attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The family-friendly atmosphere extended even to our furry companion, who was treated like royalty with a cozy dog bed and bowl in the room, allowed to join us at the pool area. A gesture that truly warmed our hearts. It's a must for families looking to explore Santiago and its surroundings while being enveloped in a welcoming atmosphere.
